Laura M. Dittner, 63

Laura M. Dittner, born May 21, 1960, in Wallace, Idaho, passed away in Smelterville, Idaho, on April 1, 2024. She grew up on Lane Road in Cataldo, Idaho, with her family before moving to start her own family. Laura lived in the Silver Valley her whole life.

She enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. She was also an avid reader. You’d almost never find her without a book! Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. She lived well and left her mark on everyone she met. She is dearly loved and will be dearly missed.

Laura is survived by her siblings, Frank Mellen, Mary Welch, Bob Beck and Crocket Beck; her daughters, Bobbie Sharp and Kitze Dittner; her grandchildren, Raeven, Zoey, Steven and Roman Roth; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Kellogg Park. It is a potluck, and we would love to have anyone join us in honoring her memory.
