POST FALLS — Junior Caleb Jimmerson hit a bases-clearing double in a five-run bottom of the third inning for Post Falls, which beat the Coeur d’Alene Vikings 9-1 in the first game of an Inland Empire League doubleheader at Post Falls High on Tuesday.
Austin DeBoer, who signed with Washington State last month, struck out five over six innings, allowing two hits for Post Falls. Marshall Tomlinson and Kyler Cooley had two RBIs each in the opener for the Trojans.
