ELECTION: Vote for Jimmy McAndrew

This letter is to encourage the good people of Hayden to please support our public schools and vote for Jimmy McAndrew for Zone 2 trustee. Jimmy has lived in North Idaho all his life and has proven himself to be a conservative, productive, intelligent and invaluable member of this community. In addition to a successful career in banking that continues to thrive, Jimmy has served in countless local volunteer positions. I fully trust that Jimmy will be an excellent steward of our tax dollars. He is a true conservative who understands the delicate balance between fiscal responsibility and supporting a thriving public school system. It’s not an easy job. His career and volunteer experience are more than enough to set him up for success, and certainly place him leagues ahead of his opponent.

This vote is important. We cannot afford to see our schools fall to the extreme ideology that Jimmy’s opponent has embraced (in her brief time living here). Her supporters have thrown NIC into chaos, not to mention wasted millions of our tax dollars.

I, myself am a product of District 271, and I have three children that go to school with Jimmy’s kids. The families in our community deserve high quality schools AND responsible spending of tax dollars. Let’s not watch what has happened at NIC happen to our schools and our children. We have too much to lose. Please support our schools, support our kids, and support a healthy community by voting Jimmy Mac for Zone 2 school board trustee on Nov. 7.
