Local builders receive Parade of Homes awards

COEUR d'ALENE — The North Idaho Building Contractors Association on Thursday announced the 2023 Parade of Homes specialty award winners.

LH Homes "Ashford" won the Accessibility award for its Rathdrum home that includes enhanced exterior, interior, kitchen and bathroom features, making the home more accessible for those with special needs.

Architerra’s "Cameron" in Coeur d’Alene received the Green Home award for its design that includes water conservation features, high efficiency and programmable HVAC and gas appliances.

North Ridge Construction won both the Hand in Hand and Peoples’ Choice awards for its Post Falls home "EagleCrest."

Hand in Hand is awarded to the builder featuring the highest number of NIBCA member subcontractors in their project.

The Peoples’ Choice award is given to the builder and home receiving the most votes from people who visit the Parade of Homes.

Runners-up were Matt Davis Custom Homes and Stancraft Construction Group.
