SHERIFF: ‘Books open minds’

Sheriff Norris’s actions are alarming and disturbing. There was a great editorial in today’s (Oct. 5) Press by Diana Braskich about Norris’s behavior. Books open minds, expand our universe, and broaden our views. Only the very narrowly minded individual would consider banning books in our public library system. I am certain there are much more important uses for Norris’s time instead of visiting the children’s section of the library.
