NOTICE OF VARIANCE APPLICATION AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of application for a Variance, Case No. VAR23-0011, a request by David Toillion for a 25 ft. administrative variance to the 25 ft. front yard setback from the edge of easement on South Moonrise Trail, a private road on a 10.46 acre parcel of land in the Restricted Residential zone.
