The Hess Professional Building under construction at 8927 N. Hess St. in Hayden will comprise four commercial units. Two have been leased to Root's Hair Studio and First Steps Chiropractic.
Two are available for lease through Rosenberger Construction at 208-772-5018. Completion should be Jan. 1.
