The city of Hayden is asking residents to answer a community survey that aims to find out what’s most important to Hayden citizens. The Hayden City Council and staff will use responses to guide decisions for the future of Hayden.

The survey was requested by Hayden City Council members, and has been an ongoing process with OnPointe Insights for a few months. The official survey was emailed and sent to residents at the beginning of May, and people still have nearly two weeks to complete the survey before the deadline of May 26.

To complete the survey, go to cityofhaydenid.us, visit the Hayden City Hall in person or scan the QR code in the city newsletter. The QR code can also be found throughout the city, like in the library or chamber of commerce.

The survey takes about 10 minutes and all responses will be kept anonymous.

OnPointe Insights will present the survey results to the City Council during its meeting June 13, and a dashboard will be made available and accessible to the public on the city’s website following the meeting.

The public dashboard will include tools for users to filter and pare results. For example, data can be filtered to show only responses from homeowners, from people within a certain age, or other qualifiers that allow anyone to explore and understand the results of the survey.

Call the city clerk’s office at 208-772-4411 with any questions.
