CAMPAIGN FUNDS: Who’s paying for all the signs and billboards?

Probably too late to ask. And the answer is probably out there to find but I’m too inept to find it. Regarding Judy Meyer and Regina McCrea’s candidacy for the Library Connection Network positions. Who’s funding their campaign? Everywhere I go I see yard signs, which can indicate grassroots support. But I also see billboard, much larger signs, etc. that show that a bunch of money is flowing into their coffers from somewhere. Is it all local?

Much can be learned by where the money is coming from.
