A time for 'Love' Sunday

COEUR d'ALENE - The Human Rights Education Institute is hosting an event Sunday to celebrate Global Love Day and to foster kindness and respect in the community.
"Choose Love Over Fear" is scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. It is part of HREI's "Love Lives Here CDA" program.
It starts with a sign-making party with posters and art supplies at HREI, 414 W Fort Grounds Drive.
That will be followed by a walk around downtown to hand out flower stems and share messages of kindness.
"We encourage participants to bring a smile," a press release said.
