City offers grant funds
COEUR d'ALENE — The city of Coeur d’Alene is accepting applications for the 2023 Community Development Block Grant Program funding cycle of its Community Opportunity Grant.
The grant cycle will have about $200,000. Fifteen percent of the total allocation, or $43,784, will be available for public service type grants.
Any profit or nonprofit organization, business or governmental agency can apply.
Projects and services include those that benefit low-to-moderate income neighborhoods and projects that promote job creation and economic development.
A workshop will be held at 4 p.m. April 5 at City Hall, 710 E. Mullan Ave., in Conference Room #5.
Grant proposals must be received by April 21.
