Call for Bidders Kootenai Electric Cooperative, Inc., Hayden, Idaho, is seeking bids from experienced and qualified distribution line contractors for the installation of approximately 30 miles of underground cable and the retirement of the existing overhead 7.2 and 14.4 kV power lines in and around Spirit Lake, Idaho. Three projects comprise the amount of cable being installed and are part of a FEMA mitigation program resulting from damage sustained in the January 2021 storms. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RATHDRUM CITY COUNCIL The Rathdrum City Council will hold a Public Hearing on March 22, 2023 commencing at 6:00 PM. The purpose of this Public Hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code Section 63-1311A, is to hear testimony regarding the adoption and implementation of the updated City of Rathdrum Fee Schedule, which said updated schedule will include any proposed fee increase beyond 5%, or the proposed imposition of a new fee and will explain the reasons for such action.
