LEVY INFO: Base your vote on facts, not misinformation fliers

It is a sad day when one has the money in which to print election material based on misinformation and outright lies — door hangers and fliers against Coeur d’Alene school levies. It’s OK to have opinions and be against an issue but please base your vote on real facts. (If you can find them!) Too much of today’s political, and even supposed non-political, issues are filled with misinformation and half-truths — whatever seems to fit their current agenda and/or egos. Unfortunately, the school levy could lose because of lies and misinformation and to NIC it may mean loss of accreditation. We’ll see what happens in the next few weeks on both issues. For NIC, it will be interesting to see who actually will be the NIC president, who sues who next and accreditation — the saga goes on! (Unfortunately)
