EQUALITY vs. EQUITY: Which do you prefer?

Equality — Being equal status, in rights, opportunities

Equity — Impartial treatment, a value of shares issued by government, governed by government

Equality or equity — Which would you want to be governed by? Look them up.

Do we in North Idaho truly believe our lives are going in the best direction with the current leaders in our nation’s capital? The president’s Feb. 7 address told us Americans our lives, etc., are the best in years.

Each day as I watch, listen and read, I no longer see or feel the security I knew just a few years ago. 2020 through today are the most frightening years in some streets and cities I’ve seen in my 85 years.

Do we in this country honestly believe socialism/communism is really the way we want to finish our lives along with the children and our grandchildren?

If the American population believes 10% of what the current political party in control is trying to impose on this nation, we surely have a enemy within.

Lies are easy; truth can be harsh.
