AP HEADLINE: Was biased

Regarding the article in the July 13 issue with headline “Estate of anti-fascist files wrongful death suit.” The article is produced by the Associated Press. I am not sure who decided on the headline. How the individual in question could be referred to as an ‘anti-fascist’ is incomprehensible. Such an incorrect headline and clearly biased. The individual did not wish for anyone to have an opinion other than his and attempted to kill a person due to their point of view.

The real victim, the person shot for their viewpoint, was unarmed and at the location to show support for another opinion. After shooting that person this ‘anti-fascist’ did not surrender to police and express remorse did they? That person fled the scene and attempted to evade law enforcement which rightly considered him ‘armed and dangerous. Many adjectives/descriptions could be used to describe the individual but ‘anti-fascist’ isn’t appropriate.
