GUN CONTROL: Dayton letter outrageous

I can’t begin to voice my outrage regarding this guy's insults to safe and legal gun owners in our state.

His comments that “opponents need to go” right off the bat is the same playbook that the left keeps playing regarding all of their misguided issues.

The assumption that most gun owners are "loners, wannabe cowboys, macho big shots and bullies with an inferiority complex" tells me that he wrote this either drunk, angry or both.

I’m also outraged that the Press would print this piece of divisive garbage in your paper. I wonder if you’ll print all the responses to this maniac that come your way.

The gun violence and killings in our country are not committed by NRA members. The NRA teaches safe and responsible gun ownership.

If those on the left had a clue, they would realize that gun violence in the U.S. is committed by the mentally ill and criminals. And your claim that our "well-armed military” will take care of us is childish and naïve.

Stick to activism Ron, and stay in your lane. That being, carrying signs and screaming at the moon. The rest of us will safely use our Second Amendment rights and continue to use that right safely and legally.
