Sandra "Sandi" Jeannine Murray

(Feb. 21, 1955 — Jan. 11, 2023)

Sandi Murray, of Rathdrum, Idaho, passed away at Schneidmiller Hospice House in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, following a long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her husband and children.

Sandi was born in Kellogg, Idaho. She spent her childhood in Big Creek, Idaho, and graduated from Kellogg High School before marrying her sweetheart, James Murray, and moving to Oak Harbor, Wash.

Sandi loved her family dearly. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, colleague and friend. She touched the lives of so many people. She will truly be missed and will never be forgotten.

Sandi is survived by her loving husband, Jim, of 50 years; their children, Jennifer Anne, Scott James and Sara Jeannine; her grandchildren, Alexander, Makaila, Benjamin, Quinn, Avery, Azela, Katelynn, Logan; and her siblings, Mark, Patricia, Karen, Linda, James; in addition to a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward James and Dixie Anne Miller.

There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 2023, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Yates Funeral Home, 744 N. Fourth St., Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
