Dennis Paul Proulx, 67

Dennis Paul Proulx, 67, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away Dec. 15, 2022, at Schneidmiller Hospice House in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Dennis was born July 14, 1955, in Holyoke, Mass., to Joseph and Jeanne d'Arc Proulx. He grew up and attended school in Holyoke and graduated from Holyoke High School. He was a member of the Catholic Church.

Dennis moved to Florida to work for two or three years. The past 40-plus years he lived in Idaho and worked many types of jobs, mostly in warehouses. He lived with his sister, Dorris McConnaghy, and family for the past 40 years.

Dennis enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and the great outdoors. He liked taking trips to the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone national parks. He also enjoyed playing card games and Yahtzee with family at home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Jeanne d'Arc Proulx, two brothers-in-law, Paul Milley and Edward Picard.

He is survived by Jeanne Picard of Chicoppee, Mass., Rose and Bob Langelin of Tonawanda, N.Y., Doris and Tom McConnaghy of Post Falls, Idaho, Edward and Jacki Proulx of Ludlow, Mass., Denise and Mike Gauthier of Massachusetts, Rita and Jairo of The Villages, Fla., and many nieces and nephews.
