SCHOOL LEVIES: Vote yes

Do you have a child in Coeur d’Alene public schools? Do you have grandchildren in Coeur d’Alene schools? Do you have a neighbor or a friend with children in Coeur d’Alene schools? If so, they need your support in maintaining the present atmosphere, the quality of education they are receiving, and the level of activities in which they are currently involved, to further their development. A failure to pass the levy would have a devastating effect on our kids with the loss of the following: art, music, physical education, athletics, qualified classroom aides, high-quality instructional materials, and extracurricular activities.

Do you want safe schools with security officers, nurses and buildings that are well maintained providing a safe environment in which our children can excel?

Most of you were educated in public schools. You were positively impacted by a teacher, coach, counselor, school administrator or other employee of the school. Your community paved the way for you…we are asking you to do the same for our kids. Imagine the face of someone like our grandson, first grader Kody Johnson, who loves school, his teacher, and the activities and environment he’s been provided, losing any of those opportunities. There are thousands like Kody who need your help!

Please vote YES for both levies on March 14!
