NIC: We are ‘sowing seeds of economic destruction’

I am born/raised in Coeur d’Alene and now a health care provider here in North Idaho. I started the path to my doctorate at NIC. What is happening there is appallingly shortsighted.

We are, for inexplicable reasons, sowing the seeds of economic destruction for our area. An area that already struggles with wages making it even harder to achieve academically is unconscionably foolish.

Our kids are going to hate us for what we are doing to their futures, futures that will likely be planned around not staying in Idaho for their economic wellbeing.

Hoping that cooler heads prevail before its too late.
