NIC: Stop listening to KCRCC

If we lose accreditation at NIC, we have four people to blame: Banducci, McKenzie, Waggoner and their crony Art Macomber. All are fully responsible for the recent turmoil at NIC and all were supported by the KCRCC. We have to stop blindly following the suggestions of the KCRCC and select instead people who know what the job is and how to do it.
