Todd, we’ve known each other for many years. I don’t like seeing what’s going on with the board at NIC. Not one bit. Soon you will be facing a judge. Marc Lyons kept past boards out of court. That’s the attorney’s job. Your new attorney Art Macomber is going to be in court with you. Well done, Art.

I don’t personally know Christie Wood. We know of each other but that’s all. I know she’s been in the public eye one way or another for her whole adult life. For the life of me I can’t think of a time where she’s caused harm to anyone. After watching all the goings on at NIC, your only defense is Christie Wood is a big meanie? I don’t think a judge or jury will buy that.

I’m asking you, please back off your agenda or should I say Brent Regan’s agenda? The two great equalizers in America are Sam Colt and public education. The American promise for any kid, even ones with chickenpox, can make it big in life. It’s what America does.

You’re caught in a trap right now, Todd. No way out of it. And our kids are suffering because of it. While I’m on my high horse, the Fort Ground Grill is still empty, no rent or tax revenue coming in. The vetted candidate wasn’t thinking very well. That’s what happens when new people run for public office. That was a bad call. Costing the taxpayers money because our schools are funded on sales tax.
