SCHOOL LEVIES: Will drive up property taxes

As a transplant from a very liberal state, I saw school levies passed all the time. Throwing money at the schools did not improve them. Just remember in voting yes for the Post Falls levy, three out of 10 items listed on your property tax are already going for schools. If you think property tax is high now, just wait. I was paying more than $5,000 a year on property tax for a 960-square-foot house.
