Jim and Kathie Strinz

60th Anniversary

Jim and Kathie Strinz celebrate their diamond 60th anniversary Feb. 23, 2023.

They met in high school and three years later were happily married in San Gabriel, Calif.

They have three children, Jamie Ho Nash of Kaneohe, Hawaii, Douglas Strinz of Hilo, Hawaii, and Keri Strinz Denney of Hayden.

Jim and Kathie and family moved from Alamo, Calif., to Hayden in 2004. "They got here as a soon as they could."

Jim served in the U.S. Marine Corps. and followed with a 30-year career and retiring from Pacific Telephone Co. in 1992.

Kathie continues to be active in local community functions, including 3Cs and enjoys every chance she gets in her ever growing beautiful yard and perennial garden.
