NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF FIDUCIARY CAPACITIES FROM COLUMBIA TRUST COMPANY TO UMPQUA BANK Umpqua Bank (“Umpqua”), an Oregon state-chartered bank, and Columbia Trust Company (“Columbia”), an affiliated Oregon trust company, have filed an application under Idaho Code Section 26-1402 to transfer Columbia’s fiduciary capacities to Umpqua effective January 1, 2024.
