NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF FIDUCIARY CAPACITIES FROM COLUMBIA TRUST COMPANY TO UMPQUA BANK Umpqua Bank (“Umpqua”), an Oregon state-chartered bank, and Columbia Trust Company (“Columbia”), an affiliated Oregon trust company, have filed an application under Idaho Code Section 26-1402 to transfer Columbia’s fiduciary capacities to Umpqua effective January 1, 2024. This application is pending in the District Court of the First Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Kootenai, Case No. CV28-23-7344. Any interested person who is authorized by a will or relevant trust instrument to prohibit, challenge, amend or revoke a transfer of fiduciary capacity that would otherwise be permitted under Idaho Code Section 26-1402 may object to the proposed transfer by filing an objection with the court clerk at Kootenai County District Court, 324 W.
