The Rathdrum Lighted Vehicle Parade will putter its way down Main Street starting at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
Drivers can choose between the short and long route to traipse about town and show off their Christmas Spirit.
The short route will begin and end on Main Street from Lakeland Middle School to Coeur d’Alene Street.
The long route will travel through many of the most major neighborhoods in Rathdrum and the map can be found at www.rathdrum.gov.
Rathdrum is also readying itself for Deck the Homes, the fourth annual citywide Christmas light competition. Judges will be driving through decorated neighborhoods from 4 to 8 p.m. Dec. 8-10 and Dec. 15-17.
Register to be part of the Deck the Homes competition online at rathdrum.sportsites.com or email [email protected] by the end of today. Registration is free and open to anyone, but closes today.
Lighting and decorations don’t have to be complete until the first judging cycle, so there’s still time to pull out all the stops, Clark Griswold style.
