TESH: What about the donor dollars?

How can a company of 48 years have individuals and companies in the community donate hundreds of thousands of dollars? Because they have built up respect and trust from everyone in the community, the work they have done with our adults with disabilities has been unquestioned.

Every state audit, and there are many, every employee has had years of working with adults as well as children. The love of what they do is God sent, not the money. The company has had 48 successful years, until now. Tesh has had four sets of CEOs and board members in 48 years. I would guess any company has growing pains with changes, but with the last set all the employees walked out. The CEO says it was the board, the board says they can’t fire the CEO. It sounds to me they have built a cocoon around themselves to protect each others behind.

To all the donors throughout the years family members wish to thank you for supporting our disabled adults. The last fundraiser raised $147,000 but with no staff to teach and no adults to go for classes what’s happened to that money?
