CDA SCHOOL LEVY: Vote no

The children of Lake City High School have demonstrated exactly why on May 16 one should vote NO. These children gave the taxpayers the middle finger by walking out during a taxpayer paid scheduled school day.

Where were the teachers whose job it is to educate for the prescribed day? For years this has been a question of do teachers educate or indoctrinate? By allowing their scheduled classes to be cut, I think we have an answer. Vote no on May 16. Have the parents of these children pay for their extracurricular activities if they are so necessary.

The levy is nothing but play money for the bureaucrats that run the schools with no oversight on how the windfall will be spent. Vote NO again and if necessary again and again.
