STUDENT LOANS: Forgiveness unfair to others

| September 30, 2022 1:00 AM

This is for all those folks that are about to benefit from the Biden regime’s student loan forgiveness program.

As you graciously accept up to $20,000, I hope you understand that debt doesn’t just go away, it’s being reassigned to the rest of us, not millionaires and billionaires. People that you don’t know and don’t know you. People that have already paid their loans; people that couldn’t afford their own loans so they opted out of college; people that are just hoping to go to college; kids working in fast food restaurants, saving for their first car; elderly folks that live paycheck to paycheck that can barely afford their meds; people that signed a contract committing their lives to serve in the military, etc.

As you graduate and begin working in the field you chose, earning a decent wage, you should be paying your own debt, not that server in your favorite restaurant, earning minimum wage, relying on gratuity to earn enough for rent. If you don’t earn enough working at that job, get a second one. I shouldn’t have to get a job to pay your loans.
