County Advisory Board Application Period Now Open Kootenai County is pleased to announce that the annual application period for our advisory boards is now open. We are looking for citizens who are interested in serving their community on a volunteer basis by considering projects, ideas, and questions on a varied number of topics. These boards offer the public a greater impact on local decision-making by providing recommendations directly to the Board of County Commissioners.
