ASSESSOR: Write in Bob Scott

Competence or incompetence? That is the question each voter in this November election must ask.

Current Kootenai County Assessor employee Bob Scott is competent. Assessor Belo Kovacs is not. I have talked with current and former employees of the Assessor’s Office and present to the voters the following information. (1) Kovacs reads the emails of the employees to see if any are derogatory to him. (2) After his salary was reduced from $90,000 to $45,000 a month he did not come into work for two weeks. (3) He hired a new Deputy County Assessor who is not qualified per requirements put out by Idaho Association of County Assessor. (4) New Deputy Assessor comes in late and leaves early. (5) The Assessed Values were ready on time to present to County Clerk and Kovacs did not send them out claiming falsely that too many Appraisal Challenges took his time. Belo Kovacs is not the person who should be the assessor of Kootenai because he is just INCOMPETENT. Write in Bob Scott.
