The tax system is a complex $4.1 trillion system for individuals, businesses and tax-exempt organizations that file 263 million returns annually and purposely underfunded by the Congress for two decades. Hysterical and shameful comments by politicians about the IRS are yet another example that our political class has become a pack of irresponsible liars who serve the wealthy and corporate interests.
