ELECTION: Vote for Ruben Miranda

The Kootenai County Board of County Commissioners has one race being contested. The county commissioners are elected by all voters in Kootenai County. Ruben Miranda is seeking election to be our county commissioner. I say “our” because he will work for us all not select groups or any political party.

Mr. Miranda has a background working in corporate American. He knows the workings of any bureaucratic organization. He understands decisions effect all people and have unintended consequences. Ensuring all lives are improved by decisions made has been lacking in his opponent. He will work to fund all groups which support all of us. There will be no picking favored agencies to support. As a former corporate leader he knows budgets and how to focus on the bottom line. The most effective government with the lowest possible taxes is his core belief.

Ruben and his wife, a Coeur d’Alene born Idahoan, believe that our community can be better and more fair for all. Mr. Miranda is a person I know, respect and believe he will be a great county commissioner. I ask people to learn about the candidates and vote for Ruben Miranda for Kootenai County Commissioner.
