NIC ELECTION: Vote for Broschet, Corkill and Zimmerman

North Idaho College is one of our community’s most precious assets. Once a little junior college, we have seen it expand in program offerings, and in partnership with Lewis-Clark State College and the University of Idaho our community can now offer residents a local pathway to many baccalaureate programs. However, the solvency and very existence of NIC as an accredited institution remains in jeopardy due to the reckless, childish, and misguided antics of some current board members.

Filling the current three vacancies this fall with high-quality, competent board members is imperative to arrest any further degradation of NIC and to preserve this asset for our community into the future. Candidates Broschet, Corkill and Zimmerman are trusted, proven leaders who bring solid expertise and hope for NIC’s future prosperity. Please join me in voting for them on Nov. 8.
