Treats with the Trustees is Monday at Woodland

The community is invited to meet and mingle with the trustees of the Coeur d'Alene School Board during Treats with the Trustees from 5-6 p.m. Monday at Woodland Middle School.
Cookies and lemonade will be served. Residents are welcome to meet the trustees representing their zones and chat in small groups or one on one. Trustees Allie Anderton (Zone 1), Casey Morrisroe (Zone 2), Heather Tenbrink (Zone 3), Lesli Bjerke (Zone 4) and Rebecca Smith (Zone 5) will be available.
Prior to the meet and greet, the board will meet for a workshop from 4-5 p.m. The main topic is the March 2023 levy. The board may also discuss the possibility of putting forth to the community another school plant facilities levy for safety and deferred maintenance work. After a short staff presentation, Superintendent Shon Hocker is expected to provide a recommendation for the March ballot.
Woodland is at 2101 St. Michelle Drive, Coeur d'Alene.
