PRESS: Where’s the Post Falls news?

I received my newspaper Saturday, Oct. 1 with the front-page banner saying it’s the POST FALLS PRESS.

There were no news articles about anything in Post Falls and that’s pretty much the way it is every day. Your Post Falls Press is always about news in Coeur d’Alene. How about just changing the banner to The Press — that’s what your newspaper is titled on every inside page — just The Press.

Also, your sports section is a travesty. Post [Falls] High School football pulled off a major upset Friday, Sept. 30, knocking off the top team in Spokane, yet the article was put on an inside page. No one covered the game, no pictures. MY POST FALLS PRESS front sports page was plastered with Coeur d’Alene teams and the Mariners. Certainly The Press could afford a writer to cover that Post Falls game.

It’s time for your newspaper to just be titled The Press. No more of this nonsense Post Falls Press banner.
