ADVISORY QUESTION: Consider the elderly

The advisory question in the voter’s pamphlet which I received in the mail from the secretary of state asks whether to approve or disapprove payment to “hardworking Idaho taxpayers.” As a retired person, no longer working, I don’t see the incentive for approving such legislation.

The persons making this proposal apparently aren’t considering payments to the elderly residents of Idaho.
