NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing virtually and in Room 1A/B, at or after the hour of 6:00 p.m. on December 29, 2022 to consider any and all comments on the following: RECONSIDERATION OF THE DECISION TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION IN CASE NO. CUP22-0004. The Applicants requested to establish a Conditional Use Permit in order to construct a new Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) to provide the latest 5G and 4G LTE technology. The WCF would consist of a 150-foot lattice tower and related ground equipment on a 7.13-acre parcel of land in the Agricultural Suburban zone. The unmanned tower and associated equipment would be located within a 70 ft. x 70 ft. fenced area. The tower would be galvanized steel with an anti-glare finish to blend with the surrounding vegetation. The subject property is currently vacant and located within the City of Coeur d’Alene Area of City Impact. The parcel has direct access from Potlatch Hill Road, a public road maintained by East Side Highway District. The parcel number is 0-L394-001-002-0 and the legal description is: Tate Point 1st Addition, Lot 2 Block 1 in Section 19, Township 50 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Kootenai County, Idaho. The subject property is located south of the intersection of E.
