NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR BIDS   The Board of Trustees of Plummer-Worley Joint School District No. 44 will be accepting sealed bids at the office of the Clerk of the Board located at the District Office at 1255 E St., Plummer, Idaho 83851, on or before Wednesday, December 7, 2022, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. PST of said day for:  Request for Sealed Bids  Sale of Real Property  Transportation/Shop Property (7.04 Acres)  The property for sale is located at 29900 S. 1st St., Worley, Idaho.  The property for sale is legally described as:  Beginning at a point North 00°10’ East 1527.21 feet of the corner to Sections 23, 24, 25, 26, Township 47 North,  Range 5 West, Boise Meridian; thence  North 00°10’ East 501.89 feet; thence  South 80°31’ East 257.7 feet; thence  South 64°56’ East 200.0 feet; thence  South 56°00’ East 133.0 feet; thence  South 56°30’ East 314.0 feet; thence  South 61°20’ East 270.0 feet; thence  West 1046.42 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, all in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 24, Township 47 North, Range 5 West, Boise Meridian, Kootenai County, Idaho.
