'Tis the Christmas market and bazaar season

Holiday Open House and Market | 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 25, and Saturday, Nov. 26, at New Leaf Nursery, 12566 N. Government Way, Hayden. Free admission. Holiday decor and fresh Christmas trees available. Free Santa photos and local vendors.

European Christmas Market | 4 to 9 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, at McIntire Park in Hayden. Admission $5. Open-air market inspired by Christkindlmarkts in Germany, Austria and other countries.

Annual Christmas Bazaar | 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2 and Saturday, Dec 3 at Community Presbyterian Church, 417 N. William St., Post Falls. Wreaths, jewelry, wood products, quilts, blankets, beach and seaside decor, holiday cards, fleece throws, Scentsy, Norwex, Color Street Nail products (gift packages), themed bar stools, foot stools and benches. Homemade fresh cookies, holiday treats and orange rolls for sale. Soup and bread lunch for sale Saturday only from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Winterfest and Plaza Market | 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2 at Post Falls City Hall Plaza, 408 N. Spokane St., Post Falls. Free admission. Holiday market vendors, activities for kids, outdoor fire pits, Post Falls Museum holiday singalong, holiday tree lighting and caroling, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
