Calling all retired educators

After two years of social distancing, the local chapter of Idaho Retired Educators are gathering again, at 11 a.m. Monday, May 23, at McKenzie River Pizza on Highway 95 in Hayden. This will be the final meeting until the regular schedule begins in September, fourth Monday of each month.

Presidents Doug Cresswell and Norma Seaton are anxious to have all former retirees and also the teachers and administrators retiring this year from any North Idaho school district, to visit this meeting and have a pizza lunch and "get reacquainted." The North Idaho Chapter is a part of the Idaho State Retired Educators, with a regional and statewide convention each year.
