The sophomore third baseman is batting .667 with nine homers and 73 RBIs for the Tigers, who won the 3A District 1 softball title last week to advance to state. “Logan is just a gamer,” Timberlake coach Casi Lupinacci said. “The kid just hits the ball really well, she just squares it up every time she’s at bat. You don’t see her miss much.” Last year, Walsh played catcher and center field. Logan’s one of those kids that can play anywhere you want her to play. I think Logan would take one off the teeth if you asked her to; she’s not afraid of much.”
