HART: Oh no you don’t

As the primary elections approach, we have been receiving a lot of political ads in the mail. I was shocked to see one from former Representative Phil Hart, a well-known tax cheat and timber thief.

He didn’t pay his state and federal taxes for eight years by claiming they were unconstitutional. The government didn’t agree.

Then he tried to hide assets from the IRS by transferring his home to his daughter. That’s called tax fraud, plain and simple! He also owed $9,000 in delinquent property taxes.

Then the state fined him $22,000 for timber theft on public lands; a fine he never paid.

He must think North Idaho voters are fools. Sending a man with a demonstrated history of not following existing law to Boise is lunacy! Phil Hart does not deserve your vote!
