NIC: Judge got it wrong

I believe Judge Meyer erred in her rejection of Mr. Todd Banducci’s petition regards Idaho Code 33-2106(d)(2).

In context the word “vacancies” should be construed as either singular or plural.

The supporting clause in the “text” containing the word-majority, required such, control intent; which is to reinstate a quorum.
