ELECTION: Question for Mattare

I just watched The Press candidate forum which was very enlightening. Mr. Mattare stated that the entire board of the CDA Skeet & Trap Club support him. If he becomes commissioner, will he continue to allow them to only pay $1,000 a year rent to the county?
