SATERFIEL: Should lead Hayden

The Coeur d'Alene Press editorial on the Hayden City Council meeting was spot on. I was at that meeting and the grueling interrogation of Council Member Roger Saterfiel, who has stepped up to be the interim mayor, was unnecessary and inappropriate.

Mr. Saterfiel answered the seemingly unending questions with dignity and honesty.

The city of Hayden needs a City Council without rancor and a mayor with the experience of Mr. Saterfiel. And they need to work together for the good of the community.
