PUTIN: Cold-blooded killer

Another day, another Putin-killed Ukraine child. Dead women in bombed homes is a Putin specialty. Bombing kindergarten kids and hospital patients is SOP for Putin.

His history of bombing Syria cities into rubble piles is a bad omen for Ukraine cities. Putin will kill anyone and everyone getting in his way.
