HATE MONGERS: Silence is golden

There was a day when for the sake of common decency, the pluralistic community of America that such spewed hate, ignorance, racism, fascism and an open embrace of Nazi ideology as expressed by Putz (an appropriate name) in your Saturday paper would never be published.

I fear because the mob of the woefully ignorant is strong these days, especially in our region, your editorial board has allowed these extremely unbalanced hate mongers to have a valuable platform.

You allowed Putz to have a guest column of great length in Saturday’s paper. The column was nothing more than a propaganda defense of Nazi hate.

I remember when my grandfather fought in World War II to kill people like Putz. People who claimed racial superiority and false victimhood as their justification to attack others based on their race and religion.

It is particularly offensive when people like Putz then drape themselves in our American flag. Putz and her fellow Idaho racists do not value America nor do they understand the social contract that is America. Putz does not understand that we are a country of equality and liberty for all, because she and her ilk are ignorant racists and bad Americans.
