LINCOLN: Dinner indigestion

It’s amusing to me that the local Republican group persists in calling their annual event the “Lincoln Day Dinner.” Their philosophy and beliefs are far different than Lincoln’s. They should more appropriately call it the “Jefferson Davis Day Dinner.” Then they would be honoring someone whose beliefs are much more aligned with their own.
