Officials: Russian missile strike hits crowded shopping mall

SLOVIANSK, Ukraine — Scores of civilians were feared killed or wounded in a Russian missile strike Monday on a crowded shopping mall in Ukraine's central city of Kremenchuk, Ukrainian officials said.
